Lord Kuber Brass Statue with Mongoose (4 Inch)
A cast-brass Kuber for the north corner of your desk — a quiet anchor for work that matters.
Estimated Delivery: 4-6 days
Lord Kubera is the Dikpala — the cosmic guardian — of the North, traditionally described as the supreme treasurer of the gods and the King of the Yakshas (Ramayana Uttara Kanda; Varaha Purana). After losing his original kingdom of Lanka to Ravana, Kubera performed austerities for Shiva; Shiva granted him the boon to become the God of all Wealth. He then built the celestial city of Alkapuri in the Himalayas near Mount Kailash, attended by his two Shaktis — Viriddhi (growth) and Riddhi (abundance). His is a story of wealth earned through steady devotion, not sudden luck.
This is a cast-brass Kuber designed for the north corner of your desk — a quiet anchor for the kind of work where progress is slow, repeated, and real.
Morning Start Ritual (60 seconds)
- Place — Set Lord Kuber in the north zone of your desk so you naturally face north or east as you work. Keep the space around him clean and uncluttered.
- Activate — Before you open your laptop, name one concrete commitment for the day — a single forward step, not a to-do list.
- Breathe — Take three slow breaths, then begin that step immediately. No scrolling, no email in between.
On Ekadashi — the lunar day traditionally associated with Kubera — light a simple diya beside the statue at dawn or dusk as a monthly refresh.
Vastu Placement
Place in the north zone of your desk or workspace. In Vastu Shastra, the north is unequivocally associated with wealth — governed by Kubera himself and additionally ruled by Mercury (Budha), the planet of intellect, communication, and business. Kuber is a workspace anchor, not a pooja-room deity: tradition advises against storing wealth symbols in a pooja space.
Craft & Material
Sand-cast brass with a hollow interior — hand-finished in the Moradabad North Indian metalcraft cluster. No plating, no coatings. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth weekly; a soft warm patina develops naturally over time and does not need polishing out.
The Traditional Kubera Mantra
ॐ यक्षाय कुबेराय वैश्रवणाय धनधान्यधिपतये धनधान्यसमृद्धिं मे देहि दापय स्वाहा
Decorative and symbolic object. Place on a stable surface and keep out of reach of small children.
